Please Know Before Buying
All pieces are made by me by hand and with that there might be slight imperfections and differences. Each piece is one of a kind and completely unique - even the sets meant to be identical. I try my best to be as spot on as possible but this is art, nothing is perfect or routine - machine made perfection is not the goal! Some of my work is wonky and while that's cool and fun I will never send anything out with large imperfections. If something has a "defect" of sorts it will be spelled out in the product description. My art is art yet also functional. Please do not expect everything to function as flawlessly as a factory-made piece. I do my best to keep pieces lightweight and functioning as smoothly as possible. If you have comments or input about how the rim of the cup felt on your mouth or the fell of the handle on your fingers, etc., please let me know!
Shipping
All regular stock items will be shipped within 5-10 BUSINESS days. All "made to order" items say "MADE TO ORDER" in the product description and will need to be made before they can be shipped. Made to order items vary depending on the medium. Made to order ceramics will take between 5-8 weeks to be made and shipped. Made to order macramé will take between 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped.
All packages are shipped vis United States Postal Service with tracking numbers included for each shipment. As we all know, shipping has been affected by COVID-19 and during this time small businesses have been facing more shipping complications and delays than before. Please bear with me and the USPS - we are doing our best! Each purchase is packaged in recycled materials when possible so please don't be alarmed if your purchase arrives in an old granola box or something similar. I also use USPS flat rate boxes.
PLEASE double check that your address is 100% correct when entering it!!!!!! If you make a mistake on the shipping address I cannot refund or replace the item if it does not find it's way to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Although shipping is out of my hands once dropped off at the shipping provider, I still want to give my customers peace of mind and the best customer service possible. Lost packages or damaged/broken products are not the fault of the seller. ANY packages lost by USPS and are lost longer than 30 days after day of shipping will result in store credit to be used at a later time. Any product that arrives broken due to rough manhandling during shipping will result in store credit to be used at a later time.
Restock
I do not have set days of the month where I restock my site. I try to add small batches of new products at least one to two times a month. If something is sold out - contact me and let me know you'd like to see another one like the one listed. I will try and make more! If something is out - it's truly sold out!
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds or exchanges.
